At Nio Teas®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tea journey. If a selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the tea is in its original, unopened packaging to maintain hygiene standards, and include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the items back to our processing center for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once we verify the condition of your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit for your next purchase.
